Terms and Conditions

Pinpoint Finance is a trading style of Pinpoint Commercial Finance Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, number 733225. We are a member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, number 23362.

1. What this page is

These are the Terms and Conditions that apply when Pinpoint Finance acts for you. They are the contract between us. Your Initial Disclosure Document and your Client Agreement sit alongside them and are sent to you when we start work.

3. Previous versions

The version in force when you signed your Client Agreement is the one that applies to you. If we change our Terms we give you at least 30 days’ notice, and you can end our agreement without charge if you do not accept the change.
